In contrary to the report that show the adoption rate of RFID technology in China is slower than other advanced countries, the Chinese government is implementing this latest technology steadily in the all most all the sectors. After deploying RFID tags in the country’s major airports, now China is implementing the tags in the postal offices.





Symbol Technologies and its strategic partner Concord Unity International Ltd are offering RFID solutions to China Post. China Post will implement the RFID solutions to track the mailbags within the postal district of Shanghai.



The recent RFID installment would be the part of the initiatives taken by the Chinese Science and Technology Ministry. As per the plans and procedures, the RFID tags have been deployed in the Shanghai Post Express Mail Service. Chain is very keen to evaluate the impact of RFID technology on postal operations.
