EPCglobal is the non-profit organization fully focused on the improvement of supply chain management. Market analysts opine that it is a landmark adoption. The EPCglobal will accelerate its RFID projects in the supply chain management.



Gen2 standard or the ‘UHF Generation 2 Air Interface’ standard helps the RFID hardware manufacturers create useful and adoptable hardware. EPCglobal has certified a dozen RFID readers, tags and integrated circuits as Gen2-compliant.
