The real time locating system using RFID tags gives accurate information about the location of the goods.



The introduction of RTLS in the MetroHeath Medical will benefit the patients as well as the doctors and other medical staffs. By using the RFID tags, MetroHealth Medical Centre can locate the required ultrasound machines among the many and that too in the new 55,000 square-foot emergency department. RTLS will save time and reduce mental burden. To keep the hospital surrounding clean and green, the RFID tags are best tools. Realizing the importance of RFID technologies in the medical sector, MetroHealth has decided to buy RFID supported from PanGO Networks. The medical staffs will be immensely benefited by the RTLS . Doctors can treat the patients timely, as they will get the required equipment in advance. MetroHealth wants to have active 2.45 GHz RFID tags and plans to use passive UHF RFID tags on certain devices.
