Savi Technology has been contracted by the Spanish Armed Forces to install Savi’s Consignment Management Solution which includes an active RFid network that interoperates with similar networks deployed by Savi for NATO countries and other allies. The solution leverages more than a decade of real time defense supply chain solutions which Savi has developed for the US Department of Defense and other defense forces. It complies with NATO’s Standardization and Agreements which offers a framework for RFid based interoperability among NATO countries to track consignments and assets. Savi Consignment Management Solution would be providing seamless visibility of defense consignments transported through Spain, Afghanistan, Haiti, Balkans, Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina for the Spanish Armed Forces.
