Symbol’s new RFID inlay is based on EPC G2 standard. Its tags can be read from any direction at distances of up to 30 feet. This unique RFID antenna model utilizes two antennas and lets the tag to perform faster read and write functions regardless of the position of the RFID reader antenna. It is very productive for high-speed conveyor belt applications used in distribution warehouses as well as luggage processing at airports.
The Company claims that its innovative RFID inlay portfolio is available in various sizes for label converters. It meets the needs of customers in the retail supply chain and aviation, consumer packaged goods (CPG), government and manufacturing industries.
